Boys State is about applied government, but that doesn't mean it's the only thing going on at Boys State! Every Boys Stater is given the opportunity to compete with the other participants in several sports during the week. Each sport names a winning city team Friday afternoon.

We also have a daily newspaper that you can work on! You may want to consider being an editor, writer, or layout guy! Boys State also forms a choir and band that perform at the closing ceremony Friday night. Last year, Boys Staters even got to witness a flag burning ceremony, conducted by the American Legion.
