Health and Medical

A medical examination card, signed by the family physician is required of each boy. Also, a Family Health Insurance Information card is needed. Both cards, along with the registration card MUST be sent to our office in advance of Boys State. Duplicate cards are available if the originals are lost or destroyed. Copies of currently valid high school physical forms on file are acceptable.

While at Boys State, competent medical service is available for emergencies that may occur. Every precaution is taken to avoid accidents and prevent illnesses. All state health standards are met or exceeded. Parental permission is requested on the Registration Card for emergency medical treatment and must be signed.
